Obama Administration Lobbies Congress on Syria Attack
US Secretary of State John Kerry greets Republican Senator from Arizona John McCain before the start of a Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the authorization of use of force in Syria on Capitol Hill in Washington. The Obama administration is lobbying Congress to back a limited strike on Syria, saying that they want to degrade Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's delivery systems after he apparently carried out a sarin gas attack that killed more than 1,400 people.
