Gross Set Free; Five Deaths in His Family Still Mystery
The charge of homicide against Frederick Gross, who was arrested recently in connection with the mysterious deaths of his wife, and four children within a short time, was dismissed in Brooklyn Homicide Court, May 20th. Analysis of a can of cocoa from the Gross home which was suspected of containing a poison, revealed none. This, with other insufficient evidence, resulted in Gross's release.
