Dublin, Ireland. 4th October 2013 -- People of Ireland vote in Seanad and Court of Appeal Referendums. -- Two constitutional referendums are held in Ireland today. The 32nd Amendment of the Constitution Bill 2013 proposes the abolishment of the Seanad, whilst the 33rd Amendment proposes the establishment of a Court of Appeal.
