Typhoon Wipha kills 17 in Japan

Yokosuka, Japan. 16th October 2013 -- Video still: Huge waves caused by the 78mph typhoon Wipha, engulfed Yokosuka's promenade making it impossible to approach the bay. Courtesy of Haicheezu on Instagram. -- At least 17 people have died, with many more unaccounted for after a 78mph typhoon battered Japan's east coast. Izu Oshima island was the worst hit with many people being killed by mud slides after the rivers burst their banks.
