Samaritans Import Wives to Counter Dwindling Gene Pool

Kfar luza, Israel. 21st October 2013 -- The Balata Palestinian refugee camp south of the city of Nablus, as viewed from Mount Gerizim. -- With a population of only 750 in Kfar Luza on Mount Gerizim, the Samaritan ethno religious group has recently allowed its men to marry non-Samaritan women. Eight brides have recently been found in the Ukraine and two in Turkey.
