Various locations, Philippines. 10th November 2013 -- Entire areas poultry farms in Bantayan Island, northern Cebu, central Philippines were badly damaged by super typhoon Yolanda. Bantayan Island is considered as the country's egg basket as it supplies more than a million eggs per day. -- Millions of people are affected and thousands have died after Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines. Rescue workers struggle as many areas are isolated through blocked roads and damaged airports.
