Thai farmers harvest flood-damaged rice crops

Phi Mai, Thailand. 22nd November 2013 -- A farmer rakes through rice drying in the sun in Nakhon Ratchasima province. This farm and others are still suffering from the effects of monsoon flooding that has devastated many acres of agricultural land and has left much of the crop underwater. -- Farmers in the northeastern Thai province of Nakhon Ratchasima are rescuing what they can of flood-damaged rice crops. Harvesting is being carried out by hand as machinery is unable to reach some paddy fields still inundated by a metre of water.
