Ukrainian Portrait of Hope

Twenty-one year-old Roman Dumish, a student from the town of Dublanev in the Ukrainian state of Lviv, poses for the camera with his face painted with the motto of the Orange Revolution "Tak!" meaning "it's time," inside the tent city of Maidan Square in central Kiev. Roman has been living in the tent city for two weeks alongside his friends, supporting the Orange Revolution in an effort to bring democracy to the Ukraine.
