U.S. volunteers from the Scientology group tend to tsunami survivors at a tsunami refugee shelter in the village of Gue Gajah in Indonesia's tsunami-hit city of Banda Aceh February 1, 2005. More than 400,000 Indonesians made homeless by the tsunami in Aceh province remained at high risk of disease amid poor sanitation in crowded refugee camps, aid agencies said.
