The two Towers of Light that were illuminated in Lower Manhattan as part of day of remembrance, six months after the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. This temporary memorial, that rises 1 mile above New York skyline, will light up every evening until April 13, 2002.
