World Trade Center Memorial Final Design Is Unveiled
Landscape architect Peter Walker speaks during the unveiling of the refined World Trade Center memorial at Federal Hall in Lower Manhattan. Architect Michael Arad and Walker presented their final design of "Reflecting Absence," a memorial honoring all those who were lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993.
