WORKER RAISES SIGN WITH AMERICAN FLAG AT 7 WORLD TRADE CENTER IN NEW YORK
A worker raises a sign including the American flag overlooking lower Manhattan, on the 13th floor of 7 World Trade Center in New York, May 5, 2004. 7 World Trade was the last building at the World Trade Center to fall as a result of the September 11, 2001 attacks, and is being replaced with a new tower that will bear the same name and will rise 52 stories and 750 feet when completed. Governor Pataki announced earlier in the day that work at the World Trade Center site will begin on July 4, 2004, with ground breaking for construction on the Freedom Tower.
