Dollfuss, Mussolini, and Gombos

The leaders of Austria, Italy, and Hungary meet in 1933. They were (from left to right): Englbert Dollfuss, Chancellor of Austria, Benito Mussolini, Prime Minister of Italy, and President Gyula Gombos of Hungary. The three nations were brief allies between the world wars. Within a year Dollfuss would be assassinated, and soon Austria would be taken over by Germany.
