The string board of a harpsicord, crafted by Andreas Ruckers in 1636 and one of a collection of early keyboard instruments, owned by Alec Cobbe, on exhibition at Hatchlands in Surrey. The decorative paintwork was added during the 18th century and surrounds a cast lead rose, the trademark of the Ruckers family. England, ca. 1990. | Location: Hatchlands, Surrey, England, UK.
