Bridge Pull - works legs, butt, back and biceps. Anchor the center of a resistance tube around a sturdy object at knee height in front of a stability ball. Lie with back on the ball and hold a handle in each hand overhead, palms facing up. Bend knees and lower butt towards the ground. A). Push through heels to extend your legs as you bend elbows, pulling towards shoulders. B). Return to starting position and repeat. Do ten reps.
