Alexander Dubcek speaks to a crowd of 500,000 Czechoslovakians upon his return to Prague during the Velvet Revolution. Dubcek returned to Prague on November 24, 1989 after 20 years in exile for his role as the leader of Czechoslovakia's 1968 pro-democracy uprising that was crushed by the Soviet Army.
