Original caption: This is a view of the late Dr. Albert Einstein's study at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton University, April 18. It was not known immediately if the equations on the blackboard were written by the late genius. Death was due to a rupture of the aorta, the body's main artery. He came to fame at the age of 26 with publication of his Theory of Relativity in 1905. He has also been called the father of the atomic bomb and television.
